CONCEPT DEVELOPMENT
PROVIDE ADVICE
on the likely appointments of specialist consultants for the conception of the design and documentation process so you are aware of what consultants will be engaged for the project and be prepared to allow time and a budget to engage such consultants.
PROVIDE THE ARCHITECT
a design brief and design contract so that the architect is evident on the design and the scope of work to save time and cost for the project moving forward.
PROVIDE REVIEW
and value management of the design during design development in preparation for construction so that all plans can be amended at an earlier stage to benefit the project instead of causing cost and time escalations during construction and tender.
CO-ORDINATION
of Town Planning submission and/or VCAT submission so that consultation can be provided towards the direction of communication with authorities and manage the associated risks and disadvantages for the submission of the project with authorities.
COST ENGINEERING
The coordination and value management of all reports, documentation, designs, and certificates whereby markups of documentation along with consultation with consultants will be made in order to provide cost savings, aesthetic improvements for marketing benefits, and reduce constructability issues that may lead to cost and time escalations.
TENDER DOCUMENTATION
MANAGE AND COORDINATE
with all consultants for documentation, statutory approvals, and consents in order to obtain the building permit so that all consultants may work together to satisfy government organizations, neighbors as well as utility providers, and other authorities.
THE PROCURATION AND REGISTRATION
of such plans of subdivisions, covenants, encumbrances, adverse possessions, and easements as may be reasonably required for the Project to prepare the project for marketing and construction in advance.
COLLATE THE TENDER DOCUMENTS
and assist in the preparation of a tender contract so that all builders are quoting for the same product for delivery. This way, all prices are transparent and the project can benefit from reduced cost and time escalations.
ASSIST WITH THE REVIEW
vetting and assessment of submitted tenders in order to appoint a builder. In the process, reference checks, company background checks, capabilities, experience, and further due diligence will be conducted to ensure that an assessment of the advantages and disadvantages of selecting a builder can be confirmed prior to starting the project.
CONTRACT ADMINISTRATION
